Thanks for sharing @clearvaluetax9382 . I am interested in this but the analysis seems bit too simplified.
1) The CRA/IRS treats rental income as personal income and charges at marginal tax rate. That factor was excluded.
2) House closing cost, ongoing vacancy rate, and maintenance cost was excluded.
I believe if we accommodate these factors it could flip the conclusion.
