2. please kevin i need your help with a sotuation with my dad 😢 he was and is lets just say in a very bad situation financially and anxiety and health. i know for an elderly its hard to give up fla but unfortunately through no fault of his.. cc bills have been racked up (not by him) i think you can get what i am getting at 😢😢😢.. hes 91 i just want him peaceful. his debate with me is he likes fla but he cant go back there for reasion i cant say on here. he thinks its his rental apt rscking up all the expenses and not his mortgage and high fla tax and 500 electric bill(yes 500) again not from him… do you agree in your opinion.. that if you are in financial distress its best to get rid of realestate you dont need? also what do you think about dmp. to lower monthly costs(its a non profit organization) please help i am losing sleep so is he. all i want is to see him pesceful. 😢❤🙏🏼🙏🏼

3. Water is free and I cannot tell you how much money I have saved over the last 18 months by refusing to drink anything other than water.
   I believe in twenty twenty five I paid for exactly one meal at a restaurant only because my parents were in town.
   Cooking for myself is generally healthier and a lot cheaper.
