  1. Cashback apps are certainly worth it if you’re willing to do the work. I’ve made £3k from Topcashback in 5 years, it becomes second nature to track everything I’m purchasing online via the app or website. The rates for every type of insurance, phone contracts, energy, opening new bank or investment accounts tends to be better than retail but now and again you’ll get great rates for specific retailers. My cashback account acts like a rewards account for buying things I want and you get even better rates if you convert them into gift cards for specific retailers, including lots of travel shops which I prefer putting cashback towards.
